02 Educational Nature & Member Responsibility
All information shared within Growth Hub is for educational purposes only. Members are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Nothing shared within the Community should be interpreted as trade signals, recommendations, or directives.
03 Nature of Opinions and Insights
Information shared may include opinions, ideas, theories, charts, and technical analysis that are speculative in nature and reflect personal viewpoints.

Growth Hub and its coaches are not liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from participation in the Community.

08 Independent Research Encouraged
Members are expected to conduct their own research and make independent decisions.
09 Consent to Recording
Members consent to the recording of sessions and understand these may be used for educational purposes.
10 Payments & Cancellation
All payments are non-refundable. Membership may be canceled per platform terms; no prorated refunds will be issued.
11 Community Conduct
Members agree to engage respectfully, contribute constructively, and avoid disruptive behavior. This includes no harassment, no spam, no promotion of external services without permission, and no misrepresentation of information as financial advice or signals.
12 Right to Amend
Growth Hub reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
13 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
14 Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in California. Members waive the right to a jury trial.
Acceptance of Terms
By joining Growth Hub, accessing its content, or participating in the Community, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If the Member does not agree, they should not join or continue using Growth Hub.
